Dear Sir/Madam,
The truth - notwithstanding that
it is not what your readers want to hear - is that oil is a
stolen good and that those squandering it and
profiting from its use are, i.e. will be seen in the eyes of
coming generations as, behaving
criminally.
Unfortunately, there is no power
on Earth to stop you committing this
terrible crime - other than your own
consciences.
When will Americans recognise
what they are doing (with the rest of the world more-or-less
following suit) and stop plundering our beautiful,
but finite and vulnerable planet?
Or do you really want to be the
first generation, cursed by your own children and
grandchildren?
